We’re excited to welcome Luis Valle to the team as a Customer Support Specialist! Join us in learning more about the newest member of our growing BrightGauge family…

 

In the beginning

 

Luis grew up here in South Florida, in the vibrant neighborhood of Little Havana (which you must visit if you’re ever here for a DDW or for any reason). He has always called Miami home, and spent a lot of his teenage years working in various jobs around the city, such as a front desk clerk at The Continental Group or a valet supervisor at The Standard Hotel. 

 

In 2014, Luis started what he calls his “first career job” at Itopia, as a Helpdesk technician. Most recently, Luis was part of the LAN InfoTech team, working as a Helpdesk Engineer.

 

There, he did everything from receive calls from clients to troubleshoot their issues or even go onsite to set up client’s workstations and servers. He has decided to further his support career by joining us here at BrightGauge.

 

Joining BrightGauge

 

Luis was attracted to the opportunity to expand his knowledge and get to know a new software. The bonus for him is that he says everyone at BrightGauge has welcomed him to the team with big smiles, making him feel right at home from day one. 

 

Down the line, as Luis gets more and more familiar with the ins and outs of BrightGauge, he hopes to be able to learn how to write code on his own!

 

Out of office 

 

Luis truly has a passion for technology. If he’s not at work, he’s often working on his home network, configuring Virtual Machines on his server. Just for fun, he likes to remove all the parts of his desktop and put them back together. The guy knows his computers!

Furthermore, Luis is a big fan of Crossfit. He works out there 5 days a week, testing his strength and conquering new goals. He’s also recently been fortunate enough to travel more, so if you get a chance to chat with him, ask him where his next trip will be!
